Relative Humidity, Temperature and Gas Sensor Solutions Provider

ChipSensors’ newly-introduced CS114 single-chip I²C digital
temperature and humidity sensors provide highly reliable, drift-free and
accurate measurement. Available now in a tiny 4x4mm package, and
operating from a single 1.8 – 3.6Vdc supply, they have a current
consumption of just 400μA, making them ideal for battery-powered
applications, as well as automotive, industrial HVAC systems, datalogging,
and white goods.

For an alternative package option, the CS115 offers the same temperature and humidity performance in a simple 4-lead SIP package.

The CS124 temperature and humidity sensor additionally provides a
differential voltage input channel for auxiliary sensors and bridge
resistors, in a 4x4mm QFN package.
